Under normal operation, raw records are removed from the live database at 82 days and from the seven-day D1 Free recovery window within 90 days, allowing up to one day for deletion. Expired records cannot be read. Only when a prolonged service outage makes deletion impossible may retention exceed 90 days: collection stops when deletion fails or its status cannot be confirmed, and recovery prioritizes expired data and related copies. Collection resumes only after deletion and copy-expiry verification. This is not permission for indefinite retention. Incidents record their cause, duration and completion times without copying messages or email addresses. Non-identifying review records expire after 357 live days, reserving recovery margin within one year. Public quotation remains disabled. No automatic off-site backups are configured. Reply contact is removed within 30 days after closure. For deletion requests, email the existing contact address with your receipt.
Daily limits: 100 total and 10 per source (UTC day). A source is a daily keyed network identifier, removed within 24 hours plus the hourly cleanup interval. Shared networks can share a limit. AI-agent authenticated submission is not offered.
