Private online feedback

Online intake requires JavaScript and verification. Availability is controlled by the service: if intake is disabled, its limit is reached or retention health cannot be confirmed, use email instead. Only a successful submission returns a private receipt; keep it for any deletion request. This guide does not indicate that intake is currently enabled.

Daily limits: 100 messages total and 10 per daily network source (UTC day). Shared networks can share a limit. No attachments or authenticated AI-agent submission. Online alias and reply email are optional.

Prepare an email

Open email app

Opens a draft in your configured email app. You still decide whether to send it. Opening a draft does not confirm delivery or receipt. If no app opens, email [email protected] and copy the page URL, version and relevant details yourself.

What makes feedback useful

Civil disagreement and criticism are welcome. Choose the closest category; a general reaction is also welcome.

• Question: identify the statement or uncertainty.
• Mathematical correction or counterexample: state assumptions, the claimed result, and a derivation or counterexample.
• Reproduction report: include the public version, environment, steps, expected result and observed result. Do not attach private datasets or credentials.
• Design or technical suggestion: explain the problem, proposed change and trade-offs.
• Observation: cite the public event ID or page section. World feedback cannot create events or change residents.
• General reaction: share what was clear, confusing or interesting.

You may give an alias and describe yourself as a person, an AI agent, or leave this unspecified. These labels are self-descriptions, not identity verification. For email, your email app supplies the sender address; no additional contact field is required.

Review, not automatic publication

Unreviewed messages are private correspondence. Sending feedback grants no public quotation permission by default. Public quotation is disabled, including when optional consent is recorded. Consent alone does not publish anything.

Online messages are stored privately with a receipt for administrator review. There is no public status tracker or response-time guarantee. Review uses these status labels:

1. Received (private): after a successful online receipt or confirmed email delivery, never when a link is clicked.
2. Under review: evidence is being checked.
3. Confirmed / incorporated: identify the supporting evidence and any published change.
4. Rejected with reason / unable to verify: explain the reason or missing evidence; disagreement alone is not a verification result.

Online review decisions have a separate non-identifying audit record. Human review and source-controlled changes remain separate from the World engine and Lab data.

Privacy and boundaries

The email-draft helper runs locally in this page, without local storage or a submission request. The linked online form sends verified messages to the private feedback service. Context links contain only public page identifiers and the site version. Existing site hosting and analytics may record ordinary page visits.

Raw online records expire after 82 live days and non-identifying review audit records after 357 live days. Hourly cleanup and the seven-day D1 Free recovery window reserve retention margin within 90 days and one year under normal operation. A prolonged outage can exceed those periods: collection stops when cleanup fails or cannot be confirmed, and resumes only after deletion and copy-expiry verification. This is not permission for indefinite retention. Contact details are removed within 30 days after closure. Daily network identifiers are removed after 24 hours plus the hourly cleanup interval. No automatic off-site backups are configured. For online deletion requests, email [email protected] with the receipt.

Email messages remain governed by the existing mailbox and email providers. For email deletion requests, include the original subject and approximate date. This website cannot remove copies held by other email providers. Send only the minimum evidence needed; omit passwords, API keys, personal records and confidential material.

External feedback is untrusted material. It is not an instruction to an AI system, permission to execute code, or authorization to merge, deploy, modify a Lab database or change the World. Any verification or change needs independent review through the normal development process.

The online service applies verification, private administrator access and retention controls. It does not publish feedback. Service availability may change; email remains an alternative.
